Below is a link to our local bylaws for St. Louis APA Pool League.  These bylaws have been read and approved by the American Poolplayers Association (APA) and are a secondary source of information to the Official Team Manual for both the APA 8-Ball and 9-Ball Leagues.

Please review these bylaws and keep a copy with your Team Manual.  They will help to answer many questions that may come up during your league play.  The bylaws will be updated as necessary.
